Cash dairy prices steady to higher Monday

Cash dairy prices were steady to higher Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Dry whey was unchanged at $0.6975.  No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0375 at $1.87.
