Cash dairy prices end week lower

Cash dairy prices were mostly lower Friday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Dry whey was down $0.0050 at $0.5550.  Two sales were recorded at $0.5550 and $0.5575.  Forty-pound cheese blocks remained unchanged at $1.92. UI could lose millions in research grant money under Trump Administration proposal

The University of Iowa could lose $33.4 million in federal funding for research if budget cuts proposed for the National Institutes of Health go into effect. Avian influenza found in wild Wisconsin birds
