Ethanol production bounces

U.S. ethanol production rose slightly over the past week. The U.S. Energy Information Administration says ethanol production averaged 1.085 million barrels per day, up 9,000 on the week and 31,000 on the year. Cash dairy markets mixed Wednesday

Cash dairy prices were mixed Wednesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was down $0.0150 at $0.59.  Two sales were recorded at $0.59 and $0.5975.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0025 at $1.6950. One sale was recorded at that price.  Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.7275.
