Cash dairy prices were mostly unchanged on Monday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Dry whey was unchanged up at $0.73. No sales were recorded at that price.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0100 at $1.3450. Ten sales were recorded, ranging from $1.3325 to $1.3450. Cheese barrels remained unchanged at $1.40.  No sales were recorded.  Butter prices were unchanged at $1.4025. No sales were recorded.
