Cash dairy prices mostly steady Monday

Cash dairy prices were steady Monday except for whey and block cheese at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was down $0.01 at $0.74. One sale was recorded at that price.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0225 at $1.3850.  Eleven sales were recorded, ranging from $1.37 to $1.3850.   Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.41.  No sales were recorded.    Butter prices were unchanged at $1.58.  No sales were recorded.  Nonfat dry milk was unchanged at $1.46.  No sales were recorded.  The post Cash dairy prices mostly steady Monday appeared first on Brownfield Ag News.
