Cash dairy prices were mostly up Monday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.     Dry whey was down $0.0100 at $0.6750. No sales were reported.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0150 to $1.4475. One sale was recorded at $1.45.  Cheese barrels were up $0.0100 to $1.4850.
