Cash dairy prices were mixed Tuesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dry whey was unchanged at $0.68. No sales were reported. Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0075 to $1.43. Three sales were recorded ranging from $1.4175 to $1.43. Cheese barrels were down $0.0050 to $1.4750. No sales were reported. Butter was down $0.0025 to $1.6975. Thirty-six sales were recorded ranging from $1.68 to $1.70. Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0675 to $1.63. Sixteen sales were recorded, ranging from $1.63 to $1.68.
